SHIPPING INFORMATION
We currently ship most items worldwide. Large or heavier items are only eligible for shipping within North America at this time. We ship using the most cost efficient method where possible. This means that your package may not always ship with tracking, in effort to keep the cost on your end down. Small baby items and accessories almost always ship lettermail. If you wish to upgrade to guaranteed delivery and tracking, please contact us.
RETURNS / REFUNDS
Due to the nature of our shop, we do not except returns or exchanges. We do our best to note any flaws within item's condition and expect there to be a general understanding of secondhand shopping. We want you to be most satisfied with your order, so if there is in fact an issue, please reach out. Please inquire about our 'consignment and buy back' for how you can bring an item back to FEWER NEWER.
CONSIGNMENT & BUY BACK PROGRAM
As a second hand shop we are happy to offer you a place to consign your gently used items. We also encourage you to bring your previously FEWER NEWER items for buy back. We're open to any requests but are always in pursuit of gently used apparel from small business, independent labels, and consciously ran brands.
